Update over het consultatieproces voor de contracten van Hynetwork Services

From 22 April to 17 May 2022, Hynetwork Services conducted a consultation process about the general terms and conditions for hydrogen transport and connection services. All interested market parties were welcome to participate by answering four questions about this contractual framework. The consultation process started with an online information session in which the contractual framework was explained. The consultation was conducted in a good, constructive and open manner, and Hynetwork Services would like to thank everyone for their effort and feedback.

Feedback and next steps

Market parties have expressed their desire to be more involved in the development process for the contractual framework, also related to the principles the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy will set. The parties asked Hynetwork Services to take more time for broader discussions on important elements of the contractual framework.

The feedback received from the consultation process will be part of the development process of the contractual framework done in cooperation with the representative organizations, VEMW and Energie Nederland. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy will have a facilitating and supporting role in the process.

We encourage market parties to contact VEMW or Energie Nederland if they want their interests to be represented in the development process of the contractual framework for Hynetwork Services.
