Connection Study Agreement available
Do you want to become a connected party? And did you already send us a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Expression of Interest (EoI)? If so, you can sign a Connection Study Agreement (CSA) from today. This agreement was previously announced by Anouk van den Berg, Commercial Manager Waterstofnetwerk Nederland, during the market update event on 29 June.
In the CSA, we agree to work together towards concluding a binding connection agreement and building the connection. As part of that, Hynetwork Services commits to performing study work related to the connection.
Standardised transport and connection contracts
Hynetwork Services, VEMW and Energie Nederland are now working to finalise standardised transport and connection contracts. We expect to publish these contracts after the summer. Want to proceed with a contract before then? Contact us at [email protected].
